Payment
Work begins upon receipt of the initial payment. All subsequent payments are due per the agreed schedule. Work may pause if payments are not received on time.
Scope
The attached proposal defines the scope, priorities, and goals. If the scope changes, we adjust the agreement.
Approach
You are not paying for time. You are paying for execution, strategy, and results.
I will put in the time required to achieve the agreed objectives. That said, results depend on execution, alignment, and follow-through on both sides.

I will listen to you. You will listen to me.

Ownership

All methodologies, frameworks, and tools provided by MajorGiftsNow™ remain its intellectual property.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. All work completed and payments due through the termination date remain payable.
